By using PhoneSol POS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhoneSol POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

PhoneSol POS provides a cloud-based business management platform

Double-Entry Accounting
Service & Repair Management

Reporting & Analytics
3. Account Registration

Requirements for creating and maintaining your account

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Payment terms and subscription policies

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Lite, Essentials, Growth, Scale) with different features and pricing. See our pricing page for details.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal.

Trial periods are offered on select plans. You may cancel before trial end to avoid charges.

We offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities and usage restrictions

You agree NOT to:
Use for illegal purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Transmit malware or viruses
Disrupt service integrity
Scrape or reverse engineer
Resell without authorization
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Infringe intellectual property
6. Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to data you input into the platform.

Our Rights

You grant us a license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of your data.

Data Export

You can export your data at any time in standard formats.

7. Service Availability & Support

We target 99.9% uptime. Support levels vary by plan. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and may modify features with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks (excluding your data), is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  • You agree to maintain adequate backups of critical data
10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination
By You

Cancel anytime. Access continues until billing period ends.

By Us

We may suspend accounts for violations or non-payment.

Effect

Request data export within 30 days of termination.

12. Dispute Resolution
